I found my calling after finishing my collegiate basketball career at Penn State University.  Falling in love with Pilates was easy.  My low back pain was gone, and after seeing how it reshaped not only my body, but my mind, I was hooked. Teaching now for 15+ years, I am passionate about encouraging my students finding the balance between strength and flexibility through movement designed to heal, prevent, and strengthen. 

I take pride in incorporating a goal-driven, uplifting approach that applies the Pilates Principles to traditional and adapted Pilates exercises.  I am an enthusiastic and outspoken advocate of the benefits associated with the Pilates method.  Hosting a free annual 'Pilates in the Park' event is one way I love to share my passion with the community. 

Putting client safety first and creating a mindful and uplifting experience is first and foremost. It is my intention that each client leaves the studio feeling better then when they arrived.
